Derek Lawson is an international English language teacher with five years experience teaching grammar and usage, spelling, reading comprehension, and listening skills to students from all over the world.  Derek's hourly fee is $50 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week per student. 

We offer three private guest rooms in our home in Los Angeles to students and international guest.

 Anura Lawson B.A. in English Literature from CSUDH, Master’s in English from CSUDH, Certificate in Rhetoric and Composition from CSUDH.  California English Single Subject Teaching Credential, over 10 years teaching experience with LAUSD and has taught ESL since 2001. Anura's hourly rate is $50 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week per student.
